1. What We Do

EasyOnline is a platform that connects customers to independent, verified local cyber cafe partners for services such as travel booking, ITR filing, PAN card assistance, and bill/recharge payments. We also publish govt job alert information for students, and offer website development services directly.

2. Cafe Partner Services

• Services such as travel booking, ITR filing and bill payments are actually carried out by our independent local cafe partners, not by EasyOnline directly.
• We take reasonable care in verifying our cafe partners, but we are not responsible for delays, errors, or issues arising from third-party systems (e.g. IRCTC, banks, payment gateways, government portals) that are outside our control.
• Certain bookings, such as Tatkal train tickets, are governed by the fare and cancellation rules of the relevant provider (e.g. Indian Railways) and may be non-refundable.
• You are responsible for providing accurate information (names, dates, documents) for your order. We are not liable for issues caused by incorrect information provided by you.

3. Govt Job Alerts

Job alert information is provided for general awareness and convenience only. We make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee completeness or accuracy, and you should always verify details (dates, eligibility, fees) on the official notification or website before applying.

4. Website Development Services

For website/dashboard development services booked directly with EasyOnline, the specific scope, timeline, and pricing will be agreed with you individually (typically over WhatsApp) before work begins. Payment terms and revisions will be discussed and confirmed as part of that agreement.

5. Cafe Partner Registration

Cyber cafes that register as partners are subject to our review and approval. We may decline or remove a partner at our discretion if we believe they do not meet our service standards.

6. Payments

Payments for cafe-partner services are typically made via UPI as confirmed with you on WhatsApp before the service is carried out. Please do not make advance payment without a clear confirmation of your order details.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, EasyOnline's liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount paid for that specific order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
