1. Eligibility

• You must own or manage an operational cyber cafe / internet service point with a working computer and internet connection.
• You must provide accurate cafe name, owner name, phone number and address at the time of registration.

2. Order Fulfilment

• Orders sent to you must be processed honestly and within the confirmed timeframe communicated to the customer.
• Any service fee collected from the customer must match the amount confirmed by EasyOnline for that order.
• Misuse of customer information shared for order fulfilment is strictly prohibited.

3. Revenue Sharing

• Partner cafes retain 90% of the service fee for each order completed; the remaining 10% is retained by EasyOnline as a platform fee, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Payment terms and settlement schedule will be communicated separately after verification.

4. Conduct & Quality

• Partners are expected to maintain professional and courteous conduct with all customers.
• EasyOnline reserves the right to suspend or terminate a partnership in case of repeated complaints, fraud, or violation of these terms.

5. Data & Privacy

• Customer details shared with a partner cafe are strictly for the purpose of fulfilling that specific order and must not be stored, shared, or used for any other purpose.

6. Changes to Terms

• EasyOnline may update these terms from time to time. Continued partnership after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
